Tiscali is offering three different packages with each giving unlimited use of broadband, free line rental and international calls to 10 destinations. When you join with BT broadband, you will have to have a BT line which you will have to pay the line rental even though you do not use the line for making calls. This is the most sad part, where you have to pay for something which you don't use. We at Tiscali take things differently. If you happen to fall within our LLU (Local-Loop Unbundling) which means you do not have to pay BT any more for your line rental ever, giving you savings from months after months. For example, if you are with BT for say 3 years, how much do you think you have paid as line rental which is required for your broadband service? We have done the maths for you, its (£10.50 x 36) £378 which you paid to BT for no reason. You could have saved that money if you were with Tiscali.
